Returns and Refunds
Our products are Print on Demand products, which means that any given product is manufactured specifically for you, once you have finalized your order.
By offering Print on Demand products, we can only offer Returns and Exchanges/Refunds in some cases.
We offer Returns or Refunds in these cases:
Misprinted/damaged/defective items
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If a misprinted/damaged/defective item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
To initiate a claim/return, please share a detailed description of the problem, your order number and add quality photos where we can see the issue. Please send your description and photos to professor@twinkleton.com
We DO NOT offer Returns, Exchanges or Refunds in these cases:
Buyer’s remorse
Our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse (changing your mind), so we won’t be able to issue you a return or exchange/refund for the order.
Size exchanges
Wrongly ordered sizes won’t be eligible for returns or exchanges/refunds. We make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product.
If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts— for items offered in various sizes, there’s a sizing chart in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at professor@twinkleton.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.

Shipping and Delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
No, currently we ship to EU countries and Norway.
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide.
Will I be charged customs and tax fees for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
Will I receive several packages if I order more than one product?
That depends. Our Print On Demand supplier is responsible for packaging and shipping. As an example, you might receive several packages if you order products from different product categories.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office, get in touch with us at professor@twinkleton.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We take most major payment methods, but this can vary across countries. You can find the accepted payment methods at checkout.
